The Department for Tourism at the Generalitat (Valencian Regional Government) has launched a publicity campaign in the various regional, national and international media to promote tourism in the Region of Valencia. The aim of the campaign is to promote an appealing image of the Region's destinations and attractions in order to encourage visitors to opt for the Region of Valencia for their holidays and short breaks.
The campaign will continue with the slogan coined in 2008 - " Region of Valencia: I give you everything" - with a creative strategy based on emotions, feelings and the humanisation of the message. Adverts in various formats will be broadcast on television, in the press, on the radio and on the Internet, largely to promote destinations represented by the Region's leading tourism brands: Castellón Costa Azahar, Costa Blanca, Benidorm and Valencia Terra i Mar. The campaign will also highlight the variety of products on offer, focusing on tourism in its many forms, such as gastronomy, culture and adventures, as well as the Region's beaches and inland areas.
These actions seek to boost interest in the Region of Valencia within priority markets such as Madrid, Castile-La Mancha, Castile and León, the Basque Country, Navarre and Catalonia, as well as within the Region of Valencia itself and its neighbouring areas. The campaign will also see adverts placed in the written press in the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Benelux and Germany.
